Vocational Career Assessment Workshops for Indigenous Students

Garry Daggs of Kimberley District High Schools ‘Follow the Dream’ Program and Cameron Elliott of Wunan’s Workforce Development Centre discuss plans to provide vocational career assessment workshops and follow up one on one career guidance sessions with the Follow the Dream Students. Workforce Development Centre Coordinator Steven Leeder says that one of my favorite things about this job is the opportunity to work with young Aboriginal people who are assessing their university entrance options. We consider it a privilege to be invited back by this leading Indigenous education program and look forward to continuing this work in the future.
