This program is funded by the WA Attorney General Department (through Royalties for Regions Funding) and is Managed and Operated by Wunan. The lack of a driver’s licence is a common and significant barrier for many Indigenous job seekers.  The prime focus of the Facilitator is to assist people in navigating towards a driver’s licence through providing assistance with required steps, including identification, fine payment arrangements, facilitation of court dates, test bookings and driving lessons.  Support will continue until the licence is granted.   Applicants must have: Effective communication Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Ability to work collaboratively.
